Quartz & Granite Worktops Order Process
STEP 1 - CONSULTATION & DESIGN

In this phase, it will be discussed all your kitchen requirements, the process works from start to completion, costing and stone selection.

We understand how difficult it can be to find the perfect worktop for your kitchen. With so many different quartz brands, colours and different prices, finding the perfect and durable luxury stone worktop surface within your budget is not easy.
Our dedicated team will help you to find the perfect stone for your kitchen worktops.
In this phase you select the stone. We can send you samples of different quartz to help you to make the right stone choice.
Quotation: Plan / layout/ Measurements Please send us the kitchen plan or kitchen measurements by email. It can be just a rough sketch with approximate dimensions which will be sufficient to enable us to prepare a quote. Also include here the cut outs are going to be for hobs, sinks and any other requirements as this will mean that the quotation provided will be more accurate.
We price based on your actual worktop needs and how those runs will come out of slabs. There are multiple elements that can affect the cost of a quartz worktop: price differences between quartz colours and brands, thicknesses, type of edges, finish, and sink inserts and other extras but we always give our best advice to make it more cost effective.
Once you have decided to go ahead, we will arrange for one of our own highly skilled stone masons to visit your home to template
STEP 2 - TEMPLATING

Template the project and finalize all requirements before processing. All cabinets must be fitted before template, sinks and hobs must be on site and range cookers should also be in position.
We insist that you, or a trusted representative, be present during templating to agree all relevant details such as overhang, joints, cut outs and any other requirements. Advice can also be given at this point
Our Stonemason will template your worktops by producing millimetres perfect replicas of your worktops. This process normally takes 2-3 hours
After template we will send you the order details together with a invoice with 30% deposit required (60% for orders over £6000) to proceed with the manufacture.
STEP 3 - FABRICATING

All fabricating is completed in our workshop. In our factory our stonemasons use equipment and machines to cut your quartz & granite kitchen counter tops to any shape and size you require for your kitchen.
Your material arrives at our workshop.
We thoroughly inspect each slab to be sure there are no defects.
With natural materials we encourage our customers to view the slabs prior to fabricating, as each slab is unique and can sometimes differ from online images.
The manufacturing is generally 5 to 7 working days from our template date.
STEP 4 - FITTING

Our experienced fitters will visit your home to install your new kitchen worktop in a timely and hassle-free manner.
A typical installation should take 2 - 4 hours
We will finish your worktops to the highest standard.
After our jobs our signed off, we will provide the very best after care service.
Care & Maintenance instructions and advice to activate the warranty for your worktops will be provided after installation.
