We found MTStones completely by chance and have to say from beginning to end their service and attention to detail has been second to none. First off Ana could not have been more helpful, not only responding out of hours to my numerous questions but also in listening to our requirements and providing samples based on them. It only took two attempts and we found the worktops we had been searching for. The price was extremely competitive (and included upstands) and nothing was too much trouble, we even changed our minds a couple of times on splashbacks and a windowsill and Ana was only too happy to help. The measurements were taken expertly and to our timeline and we paid the deposit. The install date we requested was a few weeks away as we needed to finish other items within the kitchen but at no time were we pressured to get them installed even when we had to delay by a couple of more weeks. STOP SEARCHING … YOU HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT SUPPLIER OF TOP QUALITY KITCHEN QUARTZ and GRANITE! We researched many companies online throughout March 2017 to find a reliable supplier of top quality, competitively priced kitchen quartz and granite for a full kitchen refurbishment to commence in April 2017. Our first impressions were very good - we emailed our approximate measurements for our L shaped kitchen to M. T. Stone Ltd. And received a very quick response from Ana, who was fantastic in her communications and in sending out a variety of samples which arrived in record time. Ana made sure she clearly understood our requirements and made our transaction very easy. Marco and Alfredo also exceeded our expectations by offering to cut and bring the chosen kitchen quartz to our property earlier than we originally requested because our kitchen fitter finished up 2 days' ahead of the schedule! They arrived ON TIME on the Saturday morning (particularly impressive as they had to drive from Streatham to East London!) and offloaded the kitchen quartz carefully on site. I Contacted MTstones around 4 months ago after reading their reviews, and asked for a sample of the quartz worktop we were interested in, within a few days the sample arrived, and it was what we expected right style and colour. Once the kitchen was installed minus the worktops, I contacted Ana and Marco for a template to be made, Marco arrived on time with his sample and it matched the sample he sent a few months back and it was a perfect match, we discussed what I would like and where certain things like taps, extractor etc would be fitted, he was very precise and accurate with his all template measurements and we finalised the fitting etc. About 7 days later Ana contacted me to arrange a time and date for the worktop to be fitted, Marco and his team arrived on time and checked the kitchen units over first then started to install the worktops and island, it was all fitted and completed within 2-3 hours and it looks fab and we were so pleased with the end result, he tided up and left the kitchen spotless, the price Ana and Marco quoted me were so much cheaper…

Researched a lot of companies when looking for my Quartz worktops. We had an island that was over 3 metres, that everyone except MT stones wanted to put joins in. In total nearly 9 metres of worktops at an unbelievable price. Over 35 percent cheaper than anywhere else. But the incredible service we received was amazing. From the lady who answered every question.. And believe me there were a few.. Lol. To the gents who templated and fitted. Nothing was too much for anyone ...and so swiftly completed.
